Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before the scheduled session; failure to cancel will result in a cancellation fee for any scheduled Mobile Notary Service or Legal Document Assistant (LDA) service. The (LDA) consultation is free; however, a $25.00 fee is required to book a consultation. The $25.00 fee will be applied to any LDA service agreed upon at the time of the session or returned if no contract is agreed upon for services or if your situation requires the legal representation of an attorney. If you no-show, the $25.00 will not be refunded. *Please note that I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY, I AM NOT A LAW FIRM. I cannot and will not provide any legal advice or suggestions, nor will I answer any legal questions that can be interpreted as Unauthorized Practice of Law. I can provide you with attorney-approved legal documents that may be able to answer your question. I cannot represent you in court, advise you about your legal rights or the law, or select legal forms for you. Fees for LDA services vary depending on your situation and whether it is a service that I offer. I provide a 30-minute appointment via Zoom for legal document assistance, and all contracts must be signed and payments for services must be paid before I begin any work on your situation. *Insurance quotes are FREE, and there is no charge to schedule an appointment to receive a Life or Health insurance quote. I am an independent life agent offering products through Crump Insurance The mobile notary service travel fee is $45.00 during business hours, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. An additional after-hours fee of $60.00 applies. The Secretary of State's office regulates the fees charged by notaries.
